The procedure in brief


  • We analyze the Surfase
  • We protect the non-coating areas
  • We prepare the slide by way of slight abrasion or sand-biasting
  • If necessary: We apply osmotic-pre-treatments
  • We clean and dry the slide
  • We pre-coat it with our special primer
  • We coat the whole surface with the outstanding ALLCOA products
